Acceptable Files
All files must be submitted in the industry standard sRGB color space.All files must be submitted in 8/24 bit color or grayscale. Images in 16/48 bit color or grayscale are not acceptable.
All images must be submitted as a JPEG image or a flattened TIFF image without alpha channels or masks.
File names may not contain any of the following characters ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) + = : ; “ ‘ ? / < > , ~ `
Format images 11 x 14 and smaller should be saves at 300 ppi resolution
Format images 11 x 14 to 16 x 20 should be saved at 250 ppi resolution
Format images 20 x 24 at 225 ppi resolution
Format images 24 x 30 at 200 ppi resolution
Format images 30 x 40 at 170 ppi resolution
Images with a tile size larger than 100 mb are not acceptable
Any image not matching the Acceptable Digital File Specifications will result in a $10.00 service charge per incorrectly formatted image. Optionally the order may be returned to the customer without printing the image.
