Formated images 11 x 14 and
smaller should be saved at 300 ppi resolution
Format images 11 x 14 to 16 x 20 should be saved at 250 ppi resolution
Format images 20 x 24 at 225 ppi resolution
Format images 24 x 30 at 200 ppi resolution
Format images 30 x 40 at 170 ppi resolution
Images with a tile size larger than 100 mb are not acceptable.
You will not have to adjust the size of the images if you are sending the
images that you dowloaded straight from your camera.
Any image not matching the Acceptable Digital File Specifications will result in
a $10.00 service charge per incorrectly formatted image. Optionally the order
may be returned to the customer without printing the image.
